- Pre-qualify Vendors Based on Client’s Operational Requirements (i.e.: Greenhouse Mfg., Lighting Systems, Building Automation Systems, Horticultural Systems)
- Prepare RFP Package for Bid Solicitation
- Compile Bid Information
- Review and Analyze Proposals
- Make Final Recommendations to Client
Regulatory Approvals
- Assist Client in Processing Regulatory Approvals to Expedite Project
- Direct the Design Team Through the Process of Obtaining Regulatory Approvals

Construction Project Organization
- Setup Project Kick off Meeting with Client, Landowner, Design Team, and Key Vendors
