Mr. Gemignani the Founder of DAG has over 40 years of experience in the construction and development industry, operating out of Washington DC, New York, and Miami. He has been involved in diverse projects ranging from high-rise construction to advanced agricultural projects, and industrial and pharmaceutical grade construction. Mr. Gemignani has led the development and planning of facilities for well-known brands such as General Growth Brands, Camp Cannabis, Farmhouse, 4Front Ventures, GR Medi-cal, and Green Life Farms. Mr. Gemignani earned his Business degree from George Mason University in Virginia. He was a three-year state champion wrestler and collegiate wrestler. Mr. Gemignani currently sits on the executive board of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, The Cannabis Lab, and is the Chair of the MBCC Development and Construction Council.

Todd Friedman is an Award-Winning Creative Director and entrepreneur with a history of building brands and successful campaigns, and increasing business sales and revenue. Todd is a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurship past running one of the top branding agencies in South Florida. Mr. Friedman is a highly skilled strategic thinker and team builder. He has had a 25-year career building brands for businesses in the Cannabis, hospitality, construction, development, and financial industries. Mr. Friedman received a BFA in communications from Pratt Institute. Todd is active in the Cannabis Lab, the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Coconut Grove BID.

Christopher Block

As Founder of Habify Christopher built an organization that transformed the standard home improvement model by developing a seamless offering and ‘one-stop’ alternative to the traditional provider. Mr. Block brings a passion for business guided by values with strengths in creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability. He offers broad expertise spanning supplier management, project management, customer service, and technology. Mr. Block received an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, and a BA in Psychology from Duke University, as well as a Master of Architecture from University of Miami.

Jeffrey Lair

Jeff Lair oversees design operations at DAG, bringing his extensive experience in the engineering operation of cultivation facilities across North America. He is well versed in space planning , systems engineering, documentation, manufacturing processes, automation, and equipment layout. Mr Lair was responsible for the design and commissioning of over 150 cultivation facilities in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining DAG, Mr. Lair served as Director of Commissioning and Field Services for Urban-gro, where he led the Commissioning and Gro-care departments. During the first 10 years of his career , Jeff served as a Mechanical Designer with Burns & McDowell and a designer with Tyco Thermal Controls. He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology & Applied Engineering from Millersville University.

Sherri Morrow

Bio
Sherri is a seasoned accounting executive with 15 years in the construction industry. Sherri manages key accounting functions for the company designing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the safeguard of company assets.
Ms. Morrow prepares policies and procedures to be used by the accounting department and develops, maintains, and analyzes construction and corporate budgets. Sherri is responsible for CIP entries and reporting for development properties to record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions, manage cost segregation and project cost allocations, and personal property tax, sales & use, and payroll tax returns. Sherri has Masters of Accounting Degree and a B.A. in Accounting from St. Thomas University.

Stas Manets

We only had Stas here for a short time as he suddenly passed away on October 30. In the short time he was here, he was a great team player and handled himself beautifully. We were all very impressed with his ability and charisma. To honor him, we will leave his bio up until it seems appropriate to bring it down. May he rest in peace…Stas has been a construction Project Manager for over 13 years supervising 100+ team members and subcontractors. He excels at managing complex construction projects and is in charge of project scheduling and logistics, cost analysis and reduction, time management, and quality control. Mr. Manets has experience managing projects in excess of 100M, including agriculture, geothermal, fuel cell, and off-grid battery energy storage construction projects. Stas is from Kherson Ukraine and received his degree from Brooklyn College in Business Management & Finance.
